Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the ordered items, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still includes all corresponding parts and components, and the packaging is the same as when the product arrived.
- Normal handling of the product is evident, and damage due to careless handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before returning.
- The product was found to be defective upon receipt.
- We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
- A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged without our fault.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must proceed as follows to initiate the return process:

Make sure your email includes the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- First name + last name of the customer
- Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return to the sender's address; we will provide you with the correct address once you have requested it. You, the customer, bear the costs of returning the goods.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract under the following provision, provided the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last item. Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery is complete, meaning a refund before receipt of the goods is not possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Trendy Sydney) via a clear statement (e.g., by email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is considered effective once the goods have been received by us. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Proof of Shipment for Returns
As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transport times may occur, which we have no control over. If the goods are already on their way to you, a withdrawal is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You are, of course, welcome to inform us of your withdrawal in advance.
To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask you to provide us with shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, lowest-cost shipping option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
